Shipping & Returns

Shipping within New Zealand

  • Orders are generally delivered within 5 working days of being shipped, delays may apply to rural addresses. If you do not receive your order within 5 days of being shipped, please contact us on 'whitebydesign@live.com'
  • Rural addresses are charged an extra fee which is reflective of the rural charges which are charged by the courier companies
  • Be sure to include special delivery notes for your parcel if it is being delivered to a work address
  • Unfortunately we are unable to post to PO Box addresses 
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number – please check your junk or spam box for our emails
  • Orders placed on a public holiday will be posted on the next available working day
  • Orders over $150 will receive Free Shipping, which is valid for New Zealand postal addresses only and unfortunately doesn't include rural delivery

 

Returns

Refund policy

We offer returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase. However, not all items are eligible. 

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
  3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition. This includes branded dust bags, shoe boxes and jewellery packaging.
  4. Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact.

Refunds are accepted on all full-priced items, excluding original and return shipping costs. All sale items are final sale and unfortunately cannot be returned. 

Only items returned within this timeframe and in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with hygienic sticker intact and all tags attached will be accepted. 

Due to hygiene standards / requirements, some items are non-returnable, unless deemed faulty, for example earrings and hair accessories.
